bonds; and further BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Ninety-nine Hundred Sixteen and 12/100 Dollars ($9916.1~). That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number and shall be dated October 1928, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, and the date of respective maturities thereof shall be as follows: SERIES BOND NO. AMOUNT DATE OF MATURITY Q-3 1 $ 991.61 July 2nd, 1930, ~-3 2 991.61 1931, Q-3 3 991.61 1932, Q-3 4 991.61 1933, Q-3 5 991.61 193~, Q-3 6 991.61 1935, Q-3 ? 991.61 1936, Q-3 8 991.61 1937~ Q-3 9 991.62 1938, Q-3 10 991.62 1939. for interest The first coupon of interest shall be from the 23rd day of October, 1928 to January 2nd, 1930, and the several coupons thereafter shall each be fo~ the semi-annual interest; and NE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of the said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place of a signature by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated to the Contractor, Steele Finley, in satisfaction of the balance due upon his assessment and diagram.
