said bonds.; and further BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds Shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Thirty Nine Hundred Sixty-five and ~/100 Dollars ($3965.98). That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number and shall be dated October 29th, 1928, and bear interest of said bonds, and the SERIES at the rate of six per cent per annu~, and the denomination date of respective maturity thereof shall be as follows:- BOND NO.
