RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> NO. 2032 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to be done and <br /> improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana upon and ~long portions of those <br /> open public streets in said City, commonly known as Garfield Street, Sixth Street <br /> Poinsettia Street, Second Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Brown Street, <br /> Stafford Street, Vance Street and Wellington Avenue. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the Cit~ Engineer and designated as Assessment <br />~District No. 164, for ~he improvement of the above described streets and subm~ te <br />this §th day of November, 1928, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the <br />plans and speciflcatio~s for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly <br />introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a <br />regular meeting held on the Sth day of November, 1928, by the following vote, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: W.J.Kelly, H~mer C.
