general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, California, and hereby designated <br />~or that purpose by the City Council, containing a statement of the fact of the <br />passage of this Resolution of Intention, the date thereof, and briefly describing <br />the work or improvement proposed and referring to this Resolution for further <br />particulars. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That any person interested objecting to said work or <br />improvement, or to the extent of the district or lands to be affected, or benefite <br />by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses <br />thereof, may make written objections to the same, within ten (10) days after the <br />expiration of the time of the publication of said notice, which objections shall <br />be delivered to the Clerk of the City Council of the City of Santa &ua. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly <br />introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a <br />regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of November, 1928, by the following <br /> <br />vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Stanley E.
