RESOLUTION NO. 2044 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION R~,,SCINDiJG RESOLUTIONS NOS. <br />2013, 2014 and 2029 ~%ND ALL ~RO(~EEDIN~S <br />HAD THEREUNDER. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that Resolutions ~os. 201S, 2014 and 2029, being for the <br />abandonment of certain real property dedicated for street purposes, and lying <br />on the Southeaat corner of ~¥ashlngton Avenue and Poinsettia Street, and all <br />proceedings had thereunder, be and the same are hereby ~escinded, abandoned and <br />declared null and void. <br /> <br /> ~ hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly <br />introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at <br />an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of December, 1928, by <br /> <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES TRUST ,~: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, ~.J.Ke~ly, Homer C.
