139 RESOLUTION ADOPTING NO. 2045 RESOLVED, that ~e map for the following w6rk and improvement in the City of Santa Aha, to-wit: the abandonment of that portion of the following described real property dedicated for street ~rposes and lying on the southeast corner of ¥~ashington Avenue and Poinsettia Street, and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Block 69, Santa Ana East, Niscellaneous Records, Book lC,. Pages 45 and 44, Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence Southwesterly along the Northerly line of said Block 69, a distance of 90.45 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of Poinsettia Street; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Poinsettia Street a distance of 2V.60 feet to a point; thence in a Northeaster].y direction along a curve to the right whose inter, or angle is 1~ degrees, 14 minutes, l0 seconds and a radius of ~0 feet, a distance of 54.05 feet to a point; thence Easterly along a line drawn parallel to and distant l0 feet Southerly from the Southerly line of Washington Avenue a distance of 46.49 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly on an angle to the right of 6~ degrees, 45 minutes, ~0 seconds, a distance of 26.~4 feet to the point of beginning, as prepared for said improvement, showing in red tint the portion of said real property dedicated for street purposes as aforesaid to be abandoned, and submitted this 10th day of December, 1928, be and the same is hereby adopted as the m~ for doing said work.
