RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. ~O51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~I~Z OF SANTA AMA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING OR 0T-W~]RV;ISE I~,IPROVING OF PINE STREET BET%YE, EM CEDAR STREET AND MINNIE STREET AND CEDAR STREET BET%~EN .THE~ EASTERLY EXTENDED SOUTHERLY LINE OF PINE STREET AS IT EXISTS WESTERLY FROM CEDAR STREET, AND THE VFESTERLY E~TENDED NORTHERLY LINE OF PINE STREET AS IT EXISTS EASTERLY FROM CED.'~R STREET; DECLARING THE S AID WORK AND IMPROVE- ~NT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED TI~]REBY; AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY .THE COSTS AND EXI~,-,~NSES DETERMINING TH, AT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND E~PENSES, AND FIXING THE T~,~E 32SD PI, 2CE FOR HE~RING 0B~.,CTIONS TO SAID WORK OR I~,!PROVE, MENT, OR TO THE EXTEIEU OF T_WE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESf;ED, OR BOTH: TI~ City Council of the City of Santa Ar~a, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and the Improvement Bond Act of 19t5, and amend- ments to said acts, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the ~ublic interest ~nd convenience requires, and it is the intention of the City Cot~aci] of the City of Santa ~na, Californis, to order the const~ction of the following work and improvement in said City, to-wit'. That the portions of streets in the City of Santa Ana upon which work shall be done and i ~provements made as hereinafter set forth are upon and along those open public streets corm,only kno,m~ as and called Pine Street between the Easterly line of Cedar Street and the ~esterly line of 511nnie Street and Cedar Street betw en the Easte~.ly extended Southerly line of Pine Street as it exists Westerly from Cedar Street, and the Uesterly extended Northerly line of Pine Street as mt e~ist~ East~arly from Cedar otreet. That the work to be done and improvements to be made upon and along the hereinbefore described portions of said streets in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be as fellows: That the hereinbefore described portions of streets shall be graded and paved with Po'~tland Cement Concrete Paveme~t, from curb line to curb line, and where cross streets intersect the grading and paving shall extend beyond the curb lines to the extended property lines of said streets, and where driveways are noted on the plans to be paved, the grading an¢] paving sha].l extend beyond the cu] line to the street side of the sidewalk, all as particularly indicated on and ~n accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.
