Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California~ and described as follows:- Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Washington Avenue with a line drawn parallel to and distant thirty (30) feet Easterly from the Westerly line of Baker Street; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Washington Avenue to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant 144.80 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Louise Street; thence Northerly and parallel to said Easterly line of Louise Street to an inter- section with a line drawn parallel to and distant 54.68 f~et Northerly from the Northerly line of Washington Avenue; thence Westerly and parallel to said Northerly line of Washington Avenue to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant 144.80 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Louise Street; thence Southerly along said last described line to an intersection with the Northerly line of Washington Avenue; thence Westerly along the North- erly line of Washington AVenue to an intersection with the Easterly line of Bristol Street; thence Northwesterly in a straight line to the intersection of the Westerly line of Bristol Street with the Northerly line of Washington Avenue; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Washington Avenue to an intersection with the Westerly line of Tract No. 788 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps~ Book 23, Page 26, Records of Orange County~ California, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 788, 120 feet to a point; thence Westerly and parallel to the center line of Washington Avenue a distance of 264 feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel to the Westerly line of said Tract No. 788, 128 feet to an intersect- ion with a line drawn parallel to and distant 28 feet Northerly from the center line of Washington Avenue; thence Westerly along the last described line to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 3, Block B, Tract No. 4S1 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 16, Page 41, Records of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot 3, to the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 3 to the Northwesterly corner thereof; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 3 and its Southerly extension to an intersection with the center line of Washington Avenue; thence Easterly along the center line of Washington Avenue to an intersection with the center line of Bristol Street; thence Southerly along the center line of Bristol Street to an inter- section with the center line of Washington Avenue as said street exists Easterly from Bristol Street; thence Easterly along said center line of Wash- ington Avenue to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant 144.50 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Baker Street; thence Southerly along said last described line to an intersection with the Southerly line of Tract No. 923 as per map thereof on fi~e in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 29, Page 14, Records of Orange County, California; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 928 and th~ Easterly extension thereof to an intersect- ion with a line drawn~ parallel to-and distant 30 feet Easterly from the Westerly line of Baker Street; thence Northerly along said last described line te the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of December, 1930, at 7:30 o~clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment district proposed to be assessed, or both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Section 7. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Regiater, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be pub- lished by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required by law. The City Council does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolutio~ of Intention, in the manner and form required by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a reguls meeting thereof held on the 1st day of December, 1980, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Stanley E.
