139 ~ereby direct the issuance of said bonds; and further, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the secu~ ty of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Fifteen Hundred Ninety-two and 1/100 Dollars ($1,592.Ol). 1930, said bonds, That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number and shall be dated December 15~ and bear interest at the rate of six percent per annum, ~nd the denomination of and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be as follows: SERIES BOND NO. ~IOUNT ~%TE OF MATURITY L-4 1 $ 159.20 July 2nd, 1932 L-4 2 159.20 1933 L-4 3 159.20 1934 L-4 4 159.20 1935 L-4 5 159.20 1936 L-4 6 159.20 1937 L-4 , 7 159.20 1938 L-4 8 159.20 1939 L-4 9 159.20 1940 L-4 10 159.21 1941 The first coupon of interest January 2nd, 1932, and the several coupons interest; and BE IT FURTHESt RESOLV~, that the shall be for interest from November 26, 1930 to thereafter shall each be for the semi-annual signature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place of a signature by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated, to the contractors, Walker and Martin, in satisfaction of the balance due upon the assessment and diagram.
