That the expense of said work and improvement is by said Resolution of <br />Intention made chargeable upon a district, which said district is described in <br />and by the said Resolution of Intention and is shown by a plat or map thereof on <br />file in the office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City Of Santa Aha i~ hereby directed to post a notice <br />of said work, together with the specifications therefor, conspicuously for five <br />days on or near the Council Chamber door of said City Council, inviting sealed <br />proposals or bids for doing the work ordered.
