<br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana:
<br />
<br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intentlcn so to do, that this City sell to
<br />
<br />Mazie M. Milford, a widow, that certain real property belonging to this City, and
<br />
<br />described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularl
<br />
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly line of Louise
<br />Street, as described in Deed to City of Santa Aha dated June 9th,
<br />1924, recorded in Book 53!, page 7 of Deers, records of Orange
<br />County, California, with the Northerly line of Lot 18 in Block A,
<br />Hedges Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
<br />31, pag~ 48 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
<br />Califo~ia; running thence Northerly along said Easterly line of
<br />said Louise Street, a distance of 150 feet; thence Easterly
<br />parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 18 as sho~ on said Nap,
<br />145 feet more or less to a point in a line which is parallel with
<br />~ud a distance 1E0 feet Westerly from the Westerly line of Baker
<br />Street as shown on said Map of Lourle's Subdivision recorded in
<br />Book 1, page 62 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
<br />California; thence Southerly parallel with said Westerly line of
<br />Baker Street, 100 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 18~
<br />thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 18, 14~ feet
<br />more or less to the point of beginning.

<br /> Being a part of "Lourle's Subdivision", as shown on a Map
<br />recorded in Book l, page ~£ of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
<br />County, California,
<br />
<br />and that the ~gayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a
<br />
<br />deed to said property to Mazle M. Milford, a widow, upon receipt by the City of the
<br />sum of Twelve Hundred Fifteen and no/100 ($1~l~.O0) dollars, as the full purchase
<br />
<br />and sale price thereof, and upon this City bei~ able to furnish title to said prcpert
<br />
<br />free of delinquent taxes.
<br />
<br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its
<br />
<br />regular meeting held on the 5th day of September, 1939.
