RES0?'UrlrZON NO. ~669 RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY AND TAKE OPTION ON ADDITIONAL ACREAGE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA RNA: That public convenience requires that this City acquire real property within the City of Santa Ana which may be suitable for public park purposes, and That inasmuch as an opporturfl ty has arisen to acquire approximately 8.23 acres suitable for such purposes under a~ agreement which will not require the expend- iture during any fiscal year of more money than can be expended out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of that year; And inasmuch as the same c~n be acquired by the said City over a period ef years, as shown by the option agreement hereto attached and made a part hereof~ NOW, TH~REFORE, the M~or and City Clerk are hereby ~uthorized and empowered to execute the annexed option and agreement on behalf of this City, and that the City purchase the property described therein as being purchased at this time.
