RESOLUTION NO. 2670 RESOEUTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY AND TAKE OPTION ON ADDITIONAL ACREAGE BE IT RES0~V~D BT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That public convenience requires that this City aoquire real property within the City of Santa Aha which may be suitable for public park purposes, and That inasmuch as an opportunity has arisen to acquire~'approximately 4 acres suitable for such purposes under an agreement which will not require the expenditure during any fiscal year of more money than can be expended out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of that year;· And inasmuch as the same can be acquired by the said City over a period of years, as shown by the option agreement hereto attached and made a part hereof NOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute the annexed option and agreement on behalf of this City, and that the City purchase the property described therein as being purchased at this time.
