RES0~,UTION NO. 2671 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOEVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aua: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell to <br /> Catherine A. Herr, that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as <br /> being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) of Block 67, of "Town of Santa Aha East <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a <br />~deed to said property to Catherine A. Herr upon receipt by the City of the sum of <br />Four Hundred Fifty and no/lO0 Dollars ($480.00) as the full purchase and sale price <br />thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of <br />delinquent taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at its <br />regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1959. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~.
