7. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Local Agency hereby requests the State to pay the State's share of the total cost to be paid for the acquisition for which Local Agency is requesting aid; 8. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purpose of this request Ruby E. Bush, Purchasing Agent, 103 City Hall, Santa Ana, California be and she hereby is designated as~e ~uthorized went of Local~gency and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the herein mentioned re- quest on behalf of Local Agency and to submit the same to the Postwar P~blic Works Review Board together with a certified statement of the total cost to be paid for the acquisition of the herein mentioned right-of-way or site and such other information as may be required; and s~id authoriZ~d agent is further authorized and directed as the representative of Local Agency to donduct all negotiations and conclude all arrangements, including submission to the Director of Finance of applications for pay- ment, which may be necessary to secure payment of the State,s share of the cost of the acquisition of the aforementioned right-of-way or site.
