TAIT & Associates, Inc. <br />NoOn -Call Water Resources Engineering Services <br />e. Relevant Project Experience <br />Santiago Park Nursery <br />City of Santa Ana, CA <br />TAIT provided the City's Water Department with surveying and design <br />services to define the reuse of the abandoned portion of Santiago Park, <br />once used by the Santa Ana Police Department as a canine training area <br />The scope of services included topographic and boundary services to <br />identify the existing improvements for demolition in providing a "clean <br />site" for re -use as a City demonstration area for drought tolerant <br />landscape and irrigation. In addition, new fencing and a pathway to <br />connect this area to other portions of the Park were delineated. <br />East Station Perimeter Wall Project <br />City of Santa Ana, CA <br />TAIT is currently providing the City's Water Department with surveying, <br />design, and landscape architecture services to design and construct a new <br />CIVIL) perimeter wall at the East Pump Station Located within the City. The <br />new perimeter wall was required to provide higher security for the site <br />which was currently experiencing a high percentage of individuals <br />attempting to enter the site <br />The scope of services included topographic and record boundary services <br />to identify the existing improvements for demolition, design of new <br />perimeter wall and security system, street improvements, landscape <br />improvements, and coordination of on and off site utilities. The project <br />scope also expanded to include the design and survey of two additional City <br />facilities which required the preparation of an extensive record of survey to <br />document incorrect prior monumentation of the roadway.
