The BCP/DRP plan has <br />RPO/RTO timing criteria and other critical business requirements that is available for review if <br />requested in the future. <br />VirtueStream <br />Multiple copies of customer data exist in multiple datacenters — in the primary datacenter, there is <br />the production copy and a local backup. The local backup is replicated to a secondary datacenter <br />and the production datastores associated with coreVM's are also replicated at regular intervals to <br />the secondary datacenter. If NASPO feels that additional steps/redundancy are required to <br />maintain recoverabilit , Virtustream is open to discussion. <br />C. Offeror experiences a system failure. <br />CA <br />APM <br />Disaster to the CA Technologies corporate network in New York will not affect <br />customers' service. Secondary services, such as domain name services will be routed <br />through the secondary CA Technologies network in Illinois. CA has a BCP plan in <br />place to direct its services. The SaaS environment is separate from the CA corporate <br />network and a service specific disaster recovery plan is in place. <br />MAA <br />Customers would be notified in advance, and given ample time to retrieve their data. <br />CA Agile <br />We enable all of our employees with the ability to be able to work remotely and <br />provide remote network access to ensure business functions can continue. All <br />corporate infrastructure has redundate systems that can be utilized in the event of <br />failure. <br />ASM <br />Customers would be notified in advance, and given ample time to retrieve their data <br />manually or via the ASM API. <br />Google <br />Google's corporate network is separate from it's production infrastructure. Google is a global <br />organization that has support personnel located at key office installations and tests our business <br />continuity programs annually. These tests are to validate that if corporate headquarters is off the <br />rid that criticial business functions can be picked up by other staff. <br />AODocs <br />AODocs runs 100% over Google's Cloud Platform infrastructure that is naturally redundant, and all <br />AODocs internal systems such as technical support, email, collaboration, source code hosting, etc <br />are run on cloud based services. AODocs personnel can work from any physical location without <br />any business disruption and they do work from remote locations on a regular basis. If one of the <br />AODocs facilities were to be temporarily unavailable due to a natural disaster, AODocs personnel <br />would be able to perform their work without significant interruption. <br />Virtru <br />Notify users that Virtru is or will be permanently unavailable, and recommend that they use their <br />offline encryption tools and backups to perform emergency functions. <br />Salesforce <br />Please see response to items a. and b. above and d. and e. below. <br />Salesforce has documented Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans for critical business <br />functions. The Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans are tested at least annually. A <br />post mortem documenting the results of the disaster recovery tests can be provided to customers <br />with a signed NDA in place. <br />Business continuity plans are updated each year, including the list of business processes, <br />recovery time objectives, and key resources. Senior management is included in this process. <br />Business continuity plans are exercised on an annual basis.
