SOLICITATION # CH16012 <br />FireEye FireEye anticipates that the standard lead-time is expected to take no more than five (5) business <br />days. However, FireEye is willing to accommodate an urgent request from NASPO in order to <br />provide adequate service to the participating states. <br />VirtueStream Virtustream's standard lead-time for provisioning can vary based of the type of deployment and <br />requirement. Resources can be deployed on -demand basis by State of Utah. For the initial <br />services, there is a standard which is maintained as best practice. <br />At project kick-off, Virtustream and State of Utah will develop a detailed Implementation Plan, on a <br />system -by -system, week -by -week basis, to ensure that both sides of the relationship have clear <br />expectations on what is to be accomplished, by whom, and in what timeframe. Upon completion <br />of the Implementation Plan, Virtustream and State of Utah will establish a Project Governance <br />Plan and the Project Governance Plan will manage Implementation Plan and ensure alignment at <br />all tiers of the organization, define expectations for status update frequency and formats, and <br />establish an escalation path for issue identification and resolution. <br />Virtustream offers a dedicated onboarding project team that is charged with migrating clients into <br />the xStream® cloud. This chargeable service includes resources from our platform and SAP <br />teams and development of an onboarding project plan with milestones and deliverables. <br />Virtustream uses a mature methodology to move clients onto our cloud platform, a process which <br />is continuously refined and improved. A link is established to the client site using a Virtual Private <br />Network (VPN) or Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) circuit, for customer access and testing of <br />migrated systems. Prerequisites are put into place (domain controllers, backup systems, <br />infrastructure, networking, etc.) prior to systems being onboarded, in a defined sequence. <br />Virtustream SAP basis team members test the systems before turning them over to Ascend for <br />validation. Once on the xStream® platform, Virtustream monitors, backups and maintains the <br />systems. As a component of the Virtustream platform, all core units are replicated to an alternate <br />data center to provide disaster -recovery capability. <br />Figure 3.
