The <br />prices paid for traffic signal system modification or installation shall include full <br />compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, testing, tools, equipment and other <br />incidentals for work as shown on the plans, in the Specifications, and Special Provisions, <br />and no additional compensation will be allowed. <br />E <br />
