(26) <br /> <br />Per the Operation Plan and the City of Santa Ana, the Concourse Road, which carries <br />traffic from Owens Drive to the Main Street intersection, will be restricted by bollards <br />at two points. The first set of bollards will force all traffic to drive into the loop to <br />access valet parking. The second point will prevent all traffic from continuing on to <br />the Main Street intersection.
