RESOLUTION 94-021 <br /> <br />397 <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />Prior to Issuance of <br />Building Permits <br /> <br />- Metho4 of Monitoring: <br /> <br />Plan Check and <br />Review/Site Inspection <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Building Inspector and <br />Mechanical Plan Checker, <br />City Planning and <br />Building Agency <br /> <br />Employers of more than 100 persons, or individual developments <br />that could be expected to have more than 100 persons employed <br />upon completion, are required to devise and implement <br />ridesharing and other transportation demand reduction measures <br />in accordance with the South Coast Air Quality Management <br />District's Regulation XV, and the City of Santa Ana's <br />Transportation Demand Management Ordinance. <br /> <br />- Responsible for Implementation: Future Applicants <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />- Metho4 of Monitoring: <br /> <br />As Determined by City <br /> <br />Review and Accept <br />Measures <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Environmental <br />Coordinator, City <br />Planning and Building <br />Agency and Engineering <br />Services Manager, City <br />Public Works Agency <br /> <br />Bus turnouts and shelters that conform to the standards of the <br />Orange County Transit Authority shall be provided in <br />accordance with Section 8.4.3 of the North Harbor Specific <br />Plan.
