- Method of Monitoring: <br /> <br />Grading Plan Check and <br />Review <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Inspection Services <br />Manager, City Planning <br />and Building Agency <br /> <br />The Planning and Building Agency shall review all projects <br />proposed on industrial areas on a proposal-by-proposal basis <br />and shall require affected applicants to submit soil studies <br />to the city. In the event contamination exists, the site will <br />be subject to appropriate Federal, State and local remediation <br />and removal procedures. <br /> <br />- Responsible for Implementation: City Planning/Future <br /> Applicants <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />Prior to Issuance of <br />Grading Permits <br /> <br />- Method of Monitoring: <br /> <br />Plan Check and <br />Review/Site Inspection <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Fire Department <br /> <br />HYDROLOGY AND DRAINAGE <br /> <br />10. In conjunction with the submittal of applications for grading <br /> permits, future applicants shall submit to the City Public <br /> Works Agency, detailed drainage studies showing that future <br /> grading, in conjunction with the drainage conveyance systems, <br /> would allow future building pads to be safe from inundation <br /> from the 100-year flood. <br /> <br />- Responsible for Implementation: Future Applicants <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />Prior to Issuance of <br />Grading Permits <br /> <br />- Method of Monitoring: <br /> <br />Plan Check and Review <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Engineering Services <br />Manager and Water <br />Resources Manager, city <br />Public Works Agency and <br />Inspection Services <br />Manager, City Planning <br />and Building Agency <br /> <br /> <br />
