RESOLUTION 94-021 40[ <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Engineering <br />Manager, City <br />Works Agency <br /> <br />Services <br /> Public <br /> <br />Throughout implementation of the Specific Plan, the City's <br />Public Works Agency shall continue to monitor those <br />circulation improvements that . are proposed in other <br />neighboring jurisdictions which may benefit the Specific Plan <br />and shall provide input at appropriate times to ensure <br />implementation of those improvements. <br /> <br />- Responsible for Implementation: city Public Works Agency <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />Throughout Specific Plan <br />Implementation <br /> <br />- Metho4 of Monitoring: <br /> <br />Discussions With <br />Neighboring Jurisdictions <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: <br /> <br />Engineering <br />Manager, City <br />Works Agency <br /> <br />Services <br /> Public <br /> <br />The city shall review all future proposals within the Specific <br />Plan area on a project-by-project basis and shall impose <br />appropriate conditions and mitigation to ensure that any <br />circulation impact would be sufficiently alleviated to the <br />greatest extent feasible. <br /> <br />- Responsible for Implementation: City Public Works Agency <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />Prior to Approval of <br />Future Plans <br /> <br />- Method of Monitoring: <br /> <br />Plan Check and Review. <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agenoy: <br /> <br />Engineering <br />Manager, City <br />Works Agency <br /> <br />Services <br /> Public <br /> <br />NOISE <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Construction near residential development shall be limited to <br />the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. <br />Construction on weekends shall only be allowed on a case by <br />case basis after authorization has been given by the City to <br />the contractor. <br />- Responsible for Implementation: Future Applicants <br /> <br />- Monitoring Phase: <br /> <br />Throughout Construction <br /> <br /> <br />
