Permit applicants who need a third or subsequent inspection because of uncorrected <br />deficiencies require the City to incur the extra costs of providing additional inspections beyond the normal <br />service level. The proposed fee will be assessed for each additional inspection after the second inspection to <br />defray the extra costs. <br /> <br />10) Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Condition Modification <br /> <br />ProposedFee(s): $885.00 <br />Department: Planning & Building Agency <br /> <br />Processing a conditional use permit (CUP) application typically requires a series of staffactions and follow- <br />up work with the applicant, culminating in a Public Hearing conducted by the City Council. At the hearing, <br />the Council solicits input from the public, the applicant(s), and City staff to evaluate the merits of the CUP <br />application. The Council then votes to approve or deny the CUP. A request to modify an existing CUP <br />triggers a similar chain of events.
