Such reimbursement may be from the bank established <br />pursuant to this Agreement or directly from the Union. <br /> <br />The Union agrees to pay for Union Leave and President's Leave <br />within thirty (30) days of receiving the bill from the City. The bill <br />will be sent on a monthly basis. If the bill is not paid within thirty <br />(30) days, the City shall deduct such amount from the Union dues <br />collected from the employees on behalf of the Union. In the event a <br />portion of the bill is rightfully contested, the City shall only deduct <br />the non-contested portion from employees's dues. Any issues related <br />to the bill must be brought to the attention of the Executive Director <br />of Personnel Services within fifteen (15) days of its receipt and must <br />be resolved within fifteen (15) remaining days so that the bills are <br />paid in a timely manner as stated (within thirty (30) days of its <br />receipt). <br /> <br />The Union shall provide an insurance policy or policies, or <br />certificate of such insurance, naming the City of Santa Ana, its <br />officers and employees as insured or additional insured which <br />provides coverage against liability for any and all claims and/or suits <br />for damages or injuries to persons or property resulting from or <br />arising out of any act or omission of said Union representative. Said <br />policy or policies of insurance shall provide coverage for both bodily <br />injury and property damage not less than the following minimum <br />amounts: One million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit or <br />its equivalent. Said policy or policies shall also contain a provision <br />that no termination, cancellation or change of coverage of insured or <br />additional insured shall be effective until thirty (30) days notice <br />thereof has been given in writing to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />The Union shall provide the City of Santa Ana with an insurance <br />carrier certifying that it carries primary workers' compensation <br />insurance on behalf of said Union representative and the policy shall <br />not be cancelled nor coverage reduced except upon ten (10) working <br />days prior notice to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the City of Santa <br />Aha, its officers and employees from and against any and all damage <br />to property or injuries to or death of any person or persons, including <br />property and employees or agents to the City of Santa Ana. The <br />Union shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless the City of Santa <br />Ana, its officers and employees from any kind and all claims to <br />demands, suits, actions or proceedings of any kind or nature, <br /> <br />57 <br /> <br /> <br />
