Upon completion of the installation of the lighting fixtures and lighting equipment, <br />they must be in first-class operating order and in perfect condition as to finish, etc. <br />Check for proper operation and appearance, aligmnent of fixtures and proper <br />placement of lenses, louvers, lamps and other light-controlling or modifying <br />appurtenances. <br /> <br />Where special lighting effects, flood or spotlighting is involved, perform final <br />adjustment under the direct supervision of Engineer. <br /> <br />Cleaning: Immediately prior to occupancy, damp clean all lenses, lighting fixture <br />trims, reflectors, clean lamps or install new lamps as directed, with lenses and fixtures <br />free of labels. <br /> <br />Use of Lighting Fixtures: As soon as any portion of lighting fixture work is ready for <br />operation, the Owner shall have the right to operate the same under the supervision of <br />the Contractor. This shall in no way be interpreted to mean the acceptance of such part <br />of the installation or relieve the Contractor of his responsibility for the complete work <br />or any part thereof. <br /> <br />Color and type of finish of all lighting fixtures as approved by the Engineer. <br /> <br />Install fixtures and accessories in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations <br />and industry standard practice. <br /> <br />Q. Coordinate work of this section with that of other trades. <br /> <br />3.07 SWITCHBOARD <br /> <br />Provide a 2.5-inch high concrete slab for all floor standing switchboards and motor control <br />centers. Extend slab 3 inches beyond equipment base on front, back, and sides. <br /> <br />3.08 INSTALLATION OF DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER <br /> <br />Use liquid tight flexible conduit for primary and secondary connections not exceeding <br />18 inches in length for all transformer line and load connections.
