· Modification of 911 HVAC system. <br />· Library windows. <br />· FIM at Corporation Yard. <br />· FIM at Senior Center. <br />· FIM at Corbin Center. <br /> <br />1.02 Project Schedule: <br /> <br /> All work shall be scheduled with the Building Maintenance Superintendent or his <br /> designee. <br />· The project shall commence on March 15, 2003 and shall be completed on December <br /> 15, 2003. <br />· The contractor shall prepare a detailed project schedule with start and estimated <br /> completion date for each project described in Exhibit A. <br />· Project schedules shall be presented in Microsoft Project format. <br /> <br />1.03 Working Hours: <br /> <br />The working hours shall be as follow: <br />8:00am to 12:00am Monday through Friday, changes to this schedule are permitted <br />only as mutually agreed. <br /> <br />1.04 Project Management: <br /> <br />· Contractor shall manage the project. Weekly status reports shall be held with <br /> Building Maintenance Superintendent (Superintendent) or his designee. <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide a qualified Project Manager during the entire project phase. <br />The Project Manager shall supervise and manage the project in order to minimize <br />disruption and avoid damages or safety problems. <br /> <br />· The Project Manager shall communicate daily with the Superintendent or his <br /> designee. <br /> <br />1.05 Workmanship, Safety & Quality of Work: <br /> <br />· Contractors and sub contractors shall have a minimum of (5) years of continuous <br /> experience in their related field of expertise. <br /> <br />All sub contractors shall have no outstanding or pending complaints as determined <br />through the Better Business Bureau and the State of California Department of <br />consumer affairs. <br /> <br />· Contractor shall test all work prior to release of work to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> <br />
