Revised <br /> <br />2005 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FORMULA <br /> <br />The fOllowing businesses located within the boundaries of the Business Improvement <br />District, classified under City Ordinance NS 1690 as Amusement Services, PaWDbrokm, <br />Service Station and Classifican.Qn A, mcluding but not limited to Retail Sale of Goods, <br />Hotel and Motels, Theaters and Food Establishments. shall pay an amount equal to one <br />and one-half times their 3iU1ual business license fee times 25 ,._t. <br /> <br />Businesses classified as Commercial Rental Property. Rental Property, R.esidential and <br />Roomin¡ House shall pay an amount equal to one..quarter times their annual business <br />li~ fee -as 2S ~ØMt.
