<br />AGREEMENT 1-2354 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />-- <br />.--.0..,. <br /> <br />As it becomes clear that a parcel will be required, the CONSULTANT will confer with The <br />AUTHORrfY to detennine if the parcel maps are to be prepared delineating the area oHaking <br />and legal descÓptions of that taking will be drafted. This work will proceed first for critical <br />parcels or parcels that will be needed early, then done for other full parcels, part takes, and <br />constnlction easements as they become known. By the end of the Preliminary Engineering phase <br />all potential property acquisitions will be mapped and tabulated, but only those acquisitions not <br />in contention will have parcel maps and legal descriptions prepared, For example, thére may be <br />a set of alignment or design options which can only be resolved at the end of the environmental <br />approval process; therefore, it would be premature to prepare legal descriptions on parcels <br />involved in such 2. situation, <br /> <br />Deliverables: The CONSULTANT will prepare the following as part of this work task: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Updated mapping delineating all real estate properties which are expected to, 1;Je <br />purchased for The CenterLine Project with their property boundaries transcribed onto the <br />base station maps. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Parcel maps and legal descriptions for all properties which will defmitely need to be <br />purchased contingent upon the CenterLine project being approved for fmal design. <br /> <br />The following paragraphs describes in greater detail the work scope that resulted from the <br />CONSULTANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services contract. <br /> <br />The following clarifications are included as part of the CONSULTANT's Schedule of Values: <br /> <br />Task 16,01 Right-of-Way Mapping <br />. This includes updating our current parcel plans with the recent flight imaging maps of the <br />County. This task is to be completed within the first 3 months, ' <br />. Assumes that the Project Definition will be completed in 6 months, Once this is available the <br />ROW maps will be updated within that period but not later than one month following <br />completion of Project Definitions, <br /> <br />Task 16,02 Legal Descriptions, Deed Search, Over-the-Fence (OTF) Appraisals, etc <br />. Scope is per PE 16., for 50 parcels, <br /> <br />PE 17. <br /> <br />Additional Engineering Studies <br /> <br />ln addition to the basic engineering studies, it is anticipated that a variety of related studies and <br />analyses will be required to support Preliminary Engineering work, These include hydrology <br />studies, analyses of impacts on existing utilities, constructability reviews, stnlctures, and value <br />engineering studies. <br /> <br />54 <br /> <br /> <br />6'- <br />
