<br />AGREEMENT 2-0149 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will maintain the PROJECT files per The AUTHORITY's <br />,requirements and administrative record under this task, to ensure that current <br />and historic data is available during the PROJECT and upon completion. <br /> <br />The Project Management task also includes attendance and participation as <br />required by The AUTHORITY at all required meetings. These will include kick-off <br />meetings, weekly team meetings, as well as monthly PROJECT meetings. <br />Materials for these meetings will be provided as requested, including meeting <br />agendas and notes. <br /> <br />PROJECT initiation efforts are also included in this task. These include <br />accounting and project files set up, downloading of historic PROJECT <br />information from The AUTHORITY and its previous consultants, and an internal <br />team kick-off meeting. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will provide a specially designed half-day NEPAlCEQA' <br />workshop under this task. This workshop will be provided to The AUTHORITY <br />outside the budget of this work effort, The workshop will be open to The <br />AUTHORITY, key individuals of the PreliminaryEngineering consulting firm, and <br />others, as designated by The AUTHORITY. This workshop will allow key players <br />to "start on the same page" and have a clear understanding of the path ahead. <br /> <br />The Project Management task also includes a task for special studies, as <br />designated by The AUTHORITY. The scope for the Special Studies Task, in the <br />CONSULTANT's WBS, is based on the Special Studies that will be required on <br />as needed basis during the FEIS/EIR and Preliminary Engineering phase of the <br />PROJECT, as requested by FTA, the three cities, and AUTHORITY Board <br />members, or others. Work authorization for these Special Studies will be granted <br />through the issuance of Contract Task Orders (CTO's). Each CTO will <br />specifically define the scope of services required, and the associated labor hours. <br /> <br />Finally, the Project Management task includes the PROJECT close-out efforts, <br />including the delivering of the administrative records to The AUTHORITY in a <br />manner that will facilitate convenient retrieval of needed information. <br /> <br />This task is largely based on a cost-per-month budget and assumes an 18-month <br />project duration. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Draft and Final Project Management Plan <br />Draft and Final Quality Control Plan <br />Bi-weekly Status Reports <br />Monthly invoices <br />Weekly team meeting attendance and materials <br />Monthly project meetings attendance and materials <br />NEPAlCEQA workshop and materials <not included in <br />budget> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6 <br />
