<br />AGREEMENT 2-0149 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Special studies, as requested <br />Administrative Record (at project close-out) <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Task 1 - Review of Previous Environmental Documents <br /> <br />This task involves the review of previous environmental documentation prepared <br />for the PROJECT. As indicated above, several environmental reports have been <br />prepared for the PROJECT. Of particular concern for this project are: <br /> <br />. Draft Environmental Impact StatemenVDraft Environmental Impact Report, <br />dated September 1999, and related Technical Reports <br />. Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact StatemenVRevised Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, dated December 2000, and related <br />Technical Reports <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />Within 90 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, the CONSULTANT will be <br />required to review the comments made on both of the environmental documents <br />identified above and draft a summary memorandum outlining the issues and <br />concerns. It will be imperative for the CONSULTANT to have a thorough working <br />knowledge of the issues and concerns identified by the local, state, and federal <br />agencies, and the cities, the public, and the business community of Orange <br />County. One of the tasks identified in this Scope of Work is the validation of draft <br />responses developed for the DEIS/DEIR, and drafting responses to comments <br />received on the Dec. 2000 SDEIS/RDEIR documents. This work will need to be <br />completed prior to completion of any environmental document prepared under <br />this scope of work and any appropriate revisions as a result of the comments <br />incorporated into the document. The details of the validation and response work <br />are described in Task 8 of this Scope of Work. <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br /> <br />A summary memorandum outlining the issues and concerns raised <br />during the public review periods associated with the DEIS/DEIR <br />and the Dec. 2000 SDEIS/RDEIR documents identified in this RFP <br />is to be submitted to The AUTHORITY for review and approval. <br />The CONSULTANT will provide the Summary Memorandum within <br />30 days Of Notice to Proceed. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Coordination with Preliminary Engineering <br /> <br />This task involves on-going coordination with the Preliminary Engineering <br />consultant for the PROJECT. This task will require that the FEIS CONSULTANT <br />work closely with and respond to the management direction of the Preliminary <br />Engineering consultant to, at a minimum: <br /> <br />. Identify changes and/or revisions to the LPA alignment <br />. Identify changes and/or revisions to the LPA station locations <br /> <br />7 <br />
