Project Management <br />Objectives: Coordinate consultant activities with City engineers; keep City informed of project <br />progress; promptly advise City of any problems, delays, or necessary changes to the scope of <br />work; track and control schedule and budget; invoice City monthly. <br />1.1 Initial design 21feeting: An initial design meeting will be scheduled to discuss and analyze <br />the project. The agenda for the meeting will include: <br />• Introduction of consulting team to City engineers, operations, and maintenance personnel <br />involved in the project. <br />• Presentation of this Work Plan. <br />Discussion of project schedule. <br />Discussion of access constraints, maintenance and operation issues. <br />Definition of lines of communication. <br />1.2 Progress Review Meetings: Progress review meetings will be scheduled periodically to <br />bring City representatives up to date on the work performed by consulting team. Meetings will <br />be held bi- weekly at City facilities.
