The proposed buildings would be a concrete tilt-up structure <br />with a modern design accented with natural slate stone, clear <br />anodized canopies, handrails, and storefront system. The <br />exterior of the building would consist of earth tone colors. The <br />windows on the building would have a green tinted glazing. A <br />comprehensive landscape plan for the project has been proposed, <br />which includes trees, shrubs and ground cover.
