Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide, upon request, currently existing information, data, records, and documents and make <br />such design decisions as are reasonably required to document changes necessary for the Abbey <br />Group applications. <br />b. Provide detailed specifications and definitions for all interfaces to non-Abbey Group systems. <br />c. Ensure that appropriate Santa Ana personnel are present and actively participating in scheduled <br />Requirements Validation meetings. <br />d. Review the Functional System Descriptions and Change List documents submitted by Abbey <br />Group and identify in writing any specific deficiencies found within twenty (20) business days. <br />e. Address any issues regarding Change List deficiencies raised by Abbey Group within ten (10) <br />business days. Exceptions to this term can be negotiated between the respective Project <br />Managers at their discretion. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when: <br />All issues related to tailoring and configuration has been resolved in written agreement between Santa Ana <br />and Abbey Group in a single document. <br />Task 2: ]CMS Base Software Installation <br />Objective: Install and test all third party software, install base JCMS application at SAPD facility. <br />Task Description: <br />During this phase, all applicable baseline JCMS application software, as well as the vendor's operating <br />system software, necessary for this phase of the project to be completed, will be loaded on Santa Ana's <br />server equipment (located at SAPD facilities). <br />Responsibilities: <br />Abbey Group shall: <br />a. Install the application software at SAPD. <br />b. Assist Santa Ana with coordinating the installation of software on any Santa Ana-owned hardware <br />that will be used to load baseline software (i.e., existing servers, laptops, etc.). <br />c. Install the baseline JCMS licensed software within this configuration. <br />d. Test the initial operation of the baseline JCMS subsystem and provide a status report to Santa <br />Ana's project manager upon completion. <br />e. Provide written certification of successful installation. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Be available to address and answer questions that arise during the installation of the baseline <br />JCMS application software. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />10 <br />
