Submit writter; Mo'ndlly.Project;Stat~s Rep:5hs to the City's Project Engineer. The reports are to include
progress' to dare and an!icipated chall~nges, aild will be used as a measure of work complered. Harris welcomes
the accountabiliry afforded by this planning I communication tool and so do Ciry staff who musr keep several
departments and Ciry Council members up ro date on the latest project status. The written Monthly Project Status
Reports will be submitted at least four working days prior ro the monthly progress meeting with Ciry staff.

Task F: QA I QC Review

Prior ro the submittal of the conceptual alignment exhibit and the first formal PS&E submittal for Ciry review,
a thorough review of the said documents will be performed, by an independent experienced project manager, to
confirm their quality, clarity, constructability and that all of the projects intents are being met. The review process
shall include a second thorough "back check" review of all recommended corrections. All project reports (such as
the Hydrology & Hydraulics Report and geotechnical investigation Report), correspondence, memos, meeting
minutes, and significant project direction provided by Ciry staff will be organized, filed and reviewed as part of
the QNQC process. Harris & Associates will also use internal Qualiry Control Plan, QNQC plan checklists and
"Project Managers Manual" guidelines to further ensure that when the Ciry finally sees the delivered documents
they will be right and complete from the start. It will also be very important that an internal review is performed of
all sub-consultant submittals (repofts, plans, specifications & estimates) so that they are confirmed to be complete,
match the intended project scope and latest civil plan layouts and conform to City provided direction and
requirements.

Task G: Construction Document Processing - City Review

. Upon completion of the concept design phase Harris will refine the project plans, specifications and cost
estimate, the will submit RFP required number of documents of each deliverable to the City; including
reduced copies and disks, at the 60% "redline feedback" stage, and 90% and HiO% completion levels for
review and comment.

. Review results of City staff's review (a coordinated multi-department review) and discuss as necessary.

. Make agreed on revisions and corrections to the plans, specifications and cost estimate after each review and
resubmit to City.

. Coordinate with aCTA for parallel review and approval of all impacts to their existing bus stops and proposed
bus bays.

. Upon final completion, acceptance and approval of the plans, specifications and estimate by the City, provide
the Ciry with a project file including the following information:
- Utility coordination logs, data and correspondence
- Original plans (ink on double-matte mylar)
- Camera ready original specifications
- CD of specifications, estimate and plans. Microstation files will be in a format compatible with City's
system.
