LAWSN <br />Training <br />The City's System Administrator will participate in Systems & Software's remote WebConnect Application and <br />System Administration training program, for a total duration of two (2) hours. Application training will include the <br />navigation and use of WebConnect from the City perspective, as well as the Inquiry & Navigation Portal <br />characteristics of a City using WebConnect. System Administration Training will include the interaction between <br />enQuestaTm and the WebConnect environment, as well as high level troubleshooting techniques. <br />City Responsibilities <br />The City maintains primary responsibility for testing functionality once deployed to the Train / Test environment. <br />Primary responsibility to create and execute a set of Test Cases that will ensure the system is tested thoroughly <br />by the City prior to Simulation. <br />Ensure that key personnel successfully complete WebConnect training offered as outlined in this Statement of <br />Work. <br />Provide proper and adequate hardware and software environments that will enable current production <br />enQuestaTm and test / train enQuestaTM to be run successfully for the purposes of initially testing WebConnect <br />and then completing the production go -live. <br />Adherence to all 3rd Party Software maintenance requirements, for both of the City's servers (Training and <br />Production) including: <br />In order to support a City facing web application such as WebConnect, Oracle 10g <br />must be licensed per processor, not by named user. <br />enQuesta TM Oracle Communications software and Thin - Client software. <br />Adherence to enQuestaTM Client PC Hardware and Software requirements and the following WebConnect <br />Client PC Hardware & Software requirements, including: <br />All personal computers, which will be accessing WebConnect, should have Internet <br />Explorer 6.0 or above installed. Screen resolution should be at least 1024 x 768. <br />All personal computers, which will be accessing WebConnect and wish to take <br />advantage of WebConnect's ability to export Excel type information, will need to <br />have Microsoft Excel or an Excel viewer installed. <br />The City maintains responsibility for the WebConnect end -user technical support of Internet Explorer and /or <br />Firefox. <br />Subcontractor Responsibilities <br />Delivery of enQuestaTM WebConnect training for the City's core -team and key personnel. Systems & Software <br />will provide training as described in this Appendix C. <br />Systems & Software maintains primary responsibility for testing the initial deployment of enQuestaTM <br />WebConnect to the City's Train / Test environment. This testing includes all integration testing to the third party <br />integrators and the enQuestaTM CIS system. <br />Ensure secure communication between WebConnect and enQuestaTM <br />Out of Scope <br />The following items are outside of the scope of this project: <br />Any Services or Software required to implement Electronic Bill Payment & <br />Presentment (EBPP) such as embedded e-mail delivery of bill image, integration to <br />external imaging systems or secure e-mail payment integration. <br />Any Services required to implement any additional Work Management (service order <br />functionality), above and beyond that which is described in this Appendix C, to <br />SOW- SantaAna-12Feb08 vFina1_v2.doc Confidential 87 <br />
