All data including <br />Assists <br />history required <br />Live Migration <br />City Leads, <br />There is a contingency plan <br />Live data migration <br />Lawson <br />Assists <br />Data Migration and Conversion Additional Assumptions <br />(1) Lawson standard API's will be used to load data. <br />(2) Code promotion and deployment between environments /product lines is the responsibility of City's <br />system administrators and must be performed in a timely manner as agreed to during project planning. <br />Lawson will provide technical training to prepare the City to perform this task. <br />(3) The City is responsible for correcting errors in the data reported by the conversion routines. <br />(4) Where the conversion method is manual, the City is responsible for performing the data entry. <br />(5) The City is responsible for ensuring that all converted and integrated data is accurate, and will be <br />responsible for data validation efforts associated with all testing. <br />(6) The data to be converted will be verified and validated during the planning phase and conducted jointly <br />by Lawson and the City. <br />11.4 Development <br />"Development" requires the involvement of skilled resources familiar with Lawson's Application Development <br />or Business Process Management Tools. Development activities include building customizations, interfaces, <br />reports, workflows, alerts, and providing other customized access to Lawson application data. The following <br />sections detail the activities, roles, responsibilities, assumptions, and scope with respect to the development <br />tasks included in this Statement of Work. <br />Development Warranty <br />Unless covered by a Total Care Gold /Platinum agreement all development deliverables are warranted for a <br />maximum of 60 calendar days from the date of acceptance into the City's test environment. A development <br />deliverable is considered accepted upon receipt of City signoff or after 10 business days from the date delivered <br />to the City's test environment. <br />All defects of nonconformity to the functional specifications reported during the warranty period will be remedied <br />without charge. Any activities performed after the warranty period is subject to additional fees. Any changes in <br />requirements or scope will be addressed via the change control process detailed in Section 10 of this SOW. <br />Development Assumptions <br />(1) Lawson and its subcontractors will have VPN remote access consistent with the City's remote access <br />practices, to the City's network and systems as necessary to support the planned development activities. <br />(2) The City has licensed the Lawson and /or Third Party tools required to perform the development activities. <br />(3) Code promotion and deployment between environments /product lines is the responsibility of the City's <br />system administrators and must be performed in a timely manner as agreed to during project planning. <br />(4) Performance (volume) testing of development deliverables is the City's responsibility. <br />(5) The City's project team is responsible for the development of all end user related manuals, documentation, <br />and training for all development deliverables. <br />SOW- SantaAna- 12Feb08 vFinal v2.doc Confidential 30 <br />
