INTRODUCTION <br />§101. Parties to the Agreement <br />The parties to this Agreement are: <br />A. The City of Santa Ana ("CITY"), a municipal corporation, having its principal <br />office at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92702; and <br />B. St. Joseph Hospital of Orange ("ST. Representatives of the Parties and Service of Notices <br />A. The representatives of the respective parties who are authorized to administer <br />this Agreement and to whom formal notices, demands and communications shall <br />be given are as follows: <br />1.
