We’re excited about the opportunity to work with Santa Ana to make its upcoming <br /> events unforgettable. <br /> PROPOSED WORK PLAN <br /> At Global Talent Entertainment (GTE), we fully understand the City’s need for a capable contractor to <br /> provide talent acquisition, event management, and production services for a variety of culturally and socially <br /> significant events. Our mission is to deliver high-quality experiences that align with the City’s vision, ensuring <br /> the success of events such as Fiestas Patrias, Chicano Heritage Celebrations, Tet, 4th of July festivities, Egg <br /> Hunts, Concerts in the Park, Plaza Navidena, and 5k/10k events. <br /> We bring extensive experience in regional Mexican music genres (Banda, Norteño, Mariachi) while also <br /> offering a diverse talent pool in other genres (pop, rock, country, and more). Beyond talent acquisition, we offer <br /> end-to-end event management services, including creative design, logistics, marketing, production, and event <br /> staff coordination, all tailored to create memorable experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. <br /> Anticipated Approach to Performing Services <br /> Task 1: Event Management and Production Services <br /> 1. Event Management Services <br /> ○ Assigning a dedicated Project Manager to act as the primary liaison with the City, ensuring all <br /> aspects of event planning and execution are seamlessly managed. <br /> ○ Establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, including City departments, <br /> government agencies, vendors, and VIPs. <br /> ○ Providing creative direction on event themes, branding, layout, and marketing strategies. <br /> ○ Managing the production team, adhering to budgets and schedules, and preparing detailed <br /> reports, including conceptual drawings, site plans, and expenditure summaries. <br /> ○ Attending all required planning meetings and providing consistent communication updates to the <br /> City. <br /> 2.
