The partnership <br />continues to look for fiuther energy and water efficiencies in the delivery <br />infrastructure of the city. <br />Opportunities for enhanced integration and including climate protection across <br />resource types will be identified in the development of the city's Strategic Energy and <br />Resource Protection Plan. The partnership will provide technical assistance and other <br />support, especially as it relates to utility energy elements. <br />f) Pilots <br />Street Lil~htil~g & Full Implementation on Citywide Inventory; The partnership will <br />implement a pilot program to evaluate the replacement of city-owned LS2 and LS3 <br />street lights with LED street lights, if finding is available. The pilot will be targeted <br />in distinct circuits in order to accurately evaluate energy efficiency and cost savings. <br />Based on the energy savings achieved in this pilot, the partnership intends to expand <br />the program to replace 1,000 city-owned LS2 and 270 LS3 street lights. <br />AB 81 i Fundin;; Mechanism and Energ~Efficiencv Enhancement: The purpose of <br />this program is to encourage 200 residents and 50 businesses to invest in solar <br />retrofits. The program will enable residents and businesses to repay loans via property <br />tax bills.
