Meet with nonprofit developers and housing organizations to <br />evaluate projects for acquisition and rehabilitation/new <br />construction of new shelters, and long-term affordable housing, <br />including senior housing. <br />Annually <br />Increase knowledge and enforcement of fair housing laws through <br />the following actions: <br /> <br />14. Implement Restrictive Covenant Modification Plan (RCM) <br />including Phase III, examination of remaining handwritten <br />documents for unlawful languages and process. <br />By July 2027 <br />15. Continue to work under contract with the FHCOC and/or other <br />qualified fair housing service providers to provide fair housing <br />services for all segments of the community. Evaluate and adjust <br />the scope of services to ensure the County addresses any <br />emerging trends in fair housing. <br />Annually <br />16. Provide federal/state/local information regarding discrimination <br />to residents, including applicable Fair Housing Information and <br />Discrimination Complaint Forms. <br />Annually <br />17. Maintain bilingual staff to assist non -English speaking families <br />and ensure handicap accessible offices. <br />Annually <br />18. Work with the fair housing agencies to provide information <br />regarding housing discrimination and intervention to resolve <br />complaints. <br />Annually <br />19.
