Apply for state or federal funding on behalf of interested non- <br />profit entities, if necessary, to protect the affordability of <br />rental units <br />Ongoing <br />j. Provide foreclosure information on City website 2023, update <br />annually <br />k. Refer residents to external agencies to assist in reducing <br />incidents of foreclosures <br />Ongoing <br />l. Require replacement housing units subject to the <br />requirements of SB 330 on sites identified in the sites <br />inventory when any new development occurs on a site that <br />has been occupied by or restricted for the use of lower- <br />income households at any time during the previous five <br />years; <br />Ongoing <br />m.
