<br /> <br />Orange County 181 25-29 Regional AFH <br /> <br />domain scores from the TCAC/HCD Opportunity Map for individual Census <br />Tracts, with an emphasis on undertaking improvements in and around Census <br />Tracts 626.22 and 626.48 due to their comparatively lower scores, as feasible <br />and economical. <br />12. Investigate potential incentives for property owners of apartment and <br />cooperative housing units for which tenants pay usage-based energy costs to <br />make energy efficiency improvements that exceed the minimum <br />requirements set forth in the California Building Energy Efficiency Standards. <br />If feasible and economical, implement such incentives. Prioritize incentives <br />for residents residing in Census Tracts 626.46 and 626.47 due to those areas <br />being identified in this Housing Element as susceptible to displacement a nd <br />having the highest renter vulnerability indices, as feasible and economical. <br /> <br />13. Investigate opportunities to provide rental relief for residents at risk of <br />homelessness. If feasible and economical, implement such opportunities. <br />Prioritize rental relief for residents residing in Census Tracts 626.46 and 626.47 <br />due to those areas being identified as susceptible to displacement and having <br />the highest renter vulnerability indices, as feasible and economical. <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 6
