Collaborate and coordinate with government agencies and nonprofit <br />groups such as the Fair Housing Council of Orange County to support <br />outreach and expansion of lending programs for homeownership among <br />minority populations. <br />Annually <br />4. The City currently requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application <br />for a residential care facility for seven or more individuals in the R-3 zone. <br />To remove any potential constraint to housing for individuals with <br />disabilities, the City shall remove the CUP requirement for the R -3 Zone <br />or allow residential care facility for seven or more individuals by right in <br />another zone as appropriate. <br />By December 2022 <br />5. The City will annually review its policies and zoning laws relating to fair <br />housing and reach out to the community through surveys and workshops <br />as appropriate. The outreach efforts will be advertised via multiple <br />channels, such as City email newsletter, posting at City website, print <br />material at City Hall, local community centers, and social media. <br />Annually <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 6
