The Fee is in consideration for the support and services provided by Sourcewell. The propose an Administrative Fee will be payable to Sourcewell on all completed transactions to Participating Entities utilizing this Agreement. The Administrative Fee will be calculated as a stated percentage, or flat fee as may be applicable, of all completed transactions utilizing this Master Agreement within the preceding Reporting Period defined in the agreement.
