ReadyQ�C <br />Orange County's emergenrypreparedness resource <br />Task Description: Develop, produce, and distribute printed or digital materials, or <br />customized collateral items as needed to support approved reciprocal partnerships <br />and specifications of partnership placement locations and settings. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />c. Develop print or digital materials and customized collateral for Reciprocal <br />Partners as agreed to in writing. <br />d. Distribute print or digital materials and customized collateral for Reciprocal <br />Partners as agreed to in writing. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />c. Approve campaign progress, updates, and promotions. <br />d. Support and facilitate partnering and sponsorship efforts. <br />Completion Criteria: This task is considered complete upon completion of administrative <br />deliverables and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for <br />the task. Planned completion and implementation are by the end of June 2026. <br />TASK 11: DIGITAL SIGNAGE: DIGITAL BILLBOARDS <br />Objective: Enhance public awareness and community engagement around <br />emergency preparedness by securing strategic digital signage and billboard <br />placements throughout Orange County in support of ReadyOC's outreach mission. <br />Task Overview: <br />Comm LAB will identify and secure digital advertising opportunities across Orange <br />County to amplify ReadyOC messaging. Focus will be placed on high -traffic areas such <br />as transit corridors, community venues, and locations with strong appeal to young adult <br />and general audiences. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Identify and prioritize a list of digital signage and billboard vendors and locations <br />b. Manage outreach, vendor communications, and contract negotiations <br />c. Coordinate creative delivery, scheduling, and placement logistics <br />d. Submit documentation, reports, and invoices to the Santa Ana Project Manager <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Review and approve campaign strategy, creative, and contracts. <br />b.
