It w <br />SEE somoiIAlog. <br />SAT sZ,"lM1mg <br />Objective: Advance S4's overall objectives and micro -campaigns by developing and <br />distributing a social media partner toolkit for Ql 2026, enabling trusted partners and <br />local organizations to share consistent safety messaging with their digital audiences. <br />Task Description: Develop and release the third installment of the quarterly Safe OC <br />Social Media Toolkit, aligned with a micro -campaign. The toolkit will equip partners with <br />pre -designed and pre -written content to support widespread outreach and <br />engagement. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB Shall: <br />a. Create and deliver one toolkit for Q1 2026 <br />b. Ensure alignment with Safe OC messaging and branding <br />c. Upload the toolkit to SafeOC.com <br />d. Distribute the toolkit through established partners and community channels <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Review and approve toolkit content and materials <br />b. Provide input and support for distribution as needed <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when the Q1 toolkit has been finalized, approved, <br />uploaded, and distributed, and the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task <br />completion letter. Planned completion and invoicing: March 2026 <br />TASK 4-D: S4 SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT (Q2 261 <br />Objective: Continue expanding Safe OC's reach by delivering a fourth and final <br />quarterly social media toolkit for Q2 2025, supporting campaign continuity and <br />empowering community engagement. <br />Task Description: Produce and release the fourth Safe OC Social Media Toolkit, focused <br />on a timely micro -campaign. This toolkit will allow partners to promote emergency <br />preparedness across their digital platforms consistently. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB Shall: <br />a. Develop and deliver one toolkit for Q2 2025 <br />b. Coordinate with the Safe OC team to ensure consistent messaging <br />c. Publish the toolkit on SafeOC.com <br />d. Lead partner outreach and distribution <br />e. Summarize toolkit reach and use (if applicable) <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Approve all content prior to release <br />b. Support promotion through City communication channels <br />c.
