Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 14 <br />and use cases for each of the City’s business processes to be implemented. Business process maps will <br />will be developed and maintained by Graviton, and will provide the City with a graphical depiction of <br />its integrated business processes. Likewise, use cases will be developed and maintained by Graviton, <br />and will serve as written descriptions of how users will perform the organization’s business processes <br />in the Oracle Cloud applications, with granular step-by-step instructions for performing those business <br />processes. <br />The Graviton team will first review the City’s existing business requirements includes in RFP No. 23- <br />132 for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Including Implementation Services as well as <br />business process flows created by SDI Presence during the RFP development. Those requirements will <br />be input into the Graviton business process deliverables. Where Graviton created business process <br />maps are inconsistent with City requirements, Graviton will provide recommendations and the City <br />will make decisions on a path forward. <br />Business process maps and use cases will be introduced by Graviton during the Plan stage and will be <br />continuously updated and added to by Graviton over the course of implementation. Use cases will <br />become the basis for test scenarios. Business process maps and use cases will also be the foundation <br />upon which job aids and training content are developed to support knowledge transfer and end user <br />training. <br />Through the completion of the Business Process track implementation activities, the Graviton project <br />team will be continuously refining the business processes via updates to existing business process <br />maps and use cases. The project team will also create new business process maps and use cases to <br />reflect business processes that may be unique to the City. Business Process Maps and Use Cases will <br />be developed by Graviton with input from the City project team.
