Howe er, in appr priate circumstances, students may be sent home prior to a hearing. When A violation has occurred, an incident report, including all pertinent data related o the alleged act must be submitted in writing to the program director. This report show ld include description of the action and names of all parties involved including witnesse . Upon r ceipt of the report, the program director will determine if a policy has been violate . If there is sufficient information, the program director will contact the studet t and ini fate an investigation.
