Nursing Assistant Training Program <br /> maintain confidentiality and privacy in reference to all evaluation tools (e.g., quizzes, tests, <br /> Subject Area Test) at all times. <br /> Any behavior or actions resulting in the intended or actual disclosure, replication, reproduction, <br /> duplication redevelopment, or recreation of any evaluation tool utilized in the CNA Pro ram <br /> will be dishonesty and a lack of personal and <br /> profess onal integrity. Such behavior or action is grounds for immediate termination froly the <br /> CNA P-ogram. It is also important to note that any such breach may also carry with it oth r <br /> conseqi fences. <br /> Acts of academic dishonesty in the clinical or classroom setting constitute a serious offense to <br /> patient iafety, the learning community and the nursing profession. Acts of academic dishonesty <br /> may include, but are not limited to, any of the following; <br /> 1. Cheating <br /> 2. Failing to submit original work <br /> 3. Plagiarism <br /> 4. Falsification <br /> 5, Copying <br /> 6. Misrepresentations <br /> 7. Unauthorized possession <br /> 8. heft <br /> Testin <br /> To ens re test/exam integrity, the following guidelines are enforced; <br /> 1. Honesty policy is in full effect during testing/examination. Any form of <br /> communication exchange, verbal or non- verbal, between students while testing <br /> is on-going is to be interpreted as cheating and is strictly prohibited. Any item <br /> which may contain information pertaining to the test/exam is not allowed in tic <br /> testing area. <br /> 2. Pencils may be brought to the testing area. Cell phones, smart watches, and all <br /> other items must be placed away from the student. <br /> 3. Seat arrangement is at the discretion of the instructor/proctor and may be cha iged <br /> any time. <br /> 4. Students may be provided with scratch papers during exam. Scratch papers may <br /> only be used after the test/exam has begun. Scratch paper must be returned to the <br /> instructor/proctor after the test/exam. No part of the scratch paper must be ri ped <br /> off. <br /> 5. When taking an exam on the eomputer, the student may only use the <br /> calculator in the computer. No software program, other than the calculator, <br /> is to be opened during a computer exam. <br /> 6. When taking a pencil/paper exam, the student may be allowed to use a standard <br /> calculator. Calculators from the cell phones and other electronic devices like <br /> Student Handbook 2024 35 <br /> *Policy and Procedures are Subject to Changc* <br />
